We only collect information that is reasonably necessary to provide our services, communicate with clients, process payments, and complete assigned projects.
2. Use of Client Information
The information provided by clients may be used for:

- Preparing designs, concepts, websites, branding materials, and other deliverables
- Communicating regarding project progress and approvals
- Processing payments and invoices
- Providing customer support during the agreed project period
- Maintaining necessary business and project records
Kolkata Designer does not sell or intentionally share client information with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Client Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of information supplied for a project. Client business information, documents, product information, unpublished designs, and other confidential materials will be used primarily for completing the assigned work.
However, clients should clearly inform Kolkata Designer in advance if specific materials or project information require special confidentiality arrangements or a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
4. Advance Payment and Cancellation Policy
All project terms, pricing, payment schedules, and deliverables will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
Advance payments made for a project are non-refundable. Once work has commenced, the advance payment covers project allocation, planning, creative development, design time, and other resources committed to the project.
If a client cancels or discontinues a project after work has started, the advance payment will not be refunded.
Any additional payment, if applicable, will be handled according to the agreed quotation or project terms.
5. Design Versions and Revisions
To maintain an efficient workflow, each design assignment includes a maximum of three (3) versions or three (3) revision rounds, as specified or agreed for the particular project.
Additional versions or revisions beyond the agreed limit may be charged separately.
Major changes to an already approved concept, change of the original brief, or completely new creative directions may be treated as a new requirement and may incur additional charges.
Client approval of a design or deliverable will be considered confirmation to proceed with the next stage of the project.
6. Delivery and Backup Support
Kolkata Designer will provide the agreed final deliverables in the formats specified in the project quotation or agreement.
After final delivery and completion of the project, backup support or long-term file recovery is not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for securely downloading, storing, and maintaining copies of their final files after delivery.
If files need to be recovered, re-exported, edited, or supplied again after project completion, such assistance may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Kolkata Designer is not responsible for loss of files resulting from failure by the client to maintain their own backup copies after final delivery.
7. Ownership and Final Deliverables
Ownership or usage rights for the final approved deliverables will be transferred according to the payment and project terms agreed with the client.
Source files, editable files, working files, unused concepts, drafts, fonts, stock assets, plugins, or third-party materials are not automatically included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation or agreement.
Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
8. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless a client specifically requests otherwise in writing, Kolkata Designer may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or promotional materials to demonstrate its creative services.
If a project is confidential, unreleased, or subject to an NDA, Kolkata Designer will respect the applicable confidentiality requirements.
9. Website and Third-Party Services
Our website or digital services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, payment services, social media networks, hosting providers, or other external services.
Kolkata Designer is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites or services. Users should review the privacy policies of those third parties separately.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect client information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, clients should avoid sending highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for the project.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Kolkata Designer may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable requirements.
Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Important Service Terms
By confirming a project with Kolkata Designer, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
- Advance payments are non-refundable.
- Each assignment is limited to a maximum of three versions or three revision rounds, unless otherwise agreed.
- Additional revisions or major changes may incur additional charges.
- After final delivery, backup support and long-term file recovery are not guaranteed.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of all final delivered files.
- Source/working files are provided only when specifically included in the agreed project scope.
- Additional work outside the approved scope may be charged separately.
Kolkata Designer reserves the right to update its service terms and policies when required.
